This spacious home rents with three options . . .

OPTION ONE:
3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Home

Two bedrooms and one bath on the top level.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a twin,
the second bedroom features a king bed (convertible to two twins).

The mid level with beautiful wood floors throughout,
serves as a great gathering area with fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining area opening to the large deck complete with barbecue.
Cable TV/VCR/DVD, air conditioning phone and hi-speed internet.

The lower level is accessed by a circular staircase from the middle floor
or separate entrance accessing private patio and back yard with hammock in aspen grove. Has a king bed (convertible to two twins), private bath, full size futon, dining set, kitchenette, cable TV/VCR/DVD and internet.

$210/night ($960/week).

Upper & Mid Levels

Same as Option One without the
lower level efficiency apartment.

Two bedrooms and one and half bath plus the middle level with kitchen, living room, cable TV/VCR/DVD, air conditioning and dining area opening to the large deck complete with barbecue.

$150/night ($760/week)

OPTION THREE:
1 bedroom, 1 bath
Lower Level Suite

This suite features private entrance, patio with barbecue, bath, kitchenette, dining set, double futon, cable TV/VCR/DVD, internet, air conditioning and phone.

King bed (convertible to two twins).
Opens to deck & spacious yard with aspen grove.

$98/night ($460/week)

Two night minimum.
All prices are subject to 9% Hood River County tax.
Smoking permitted outside only.
Ask about your well behaved pet.

** A comfy double air mattress stowed in the closet adds an extra bed in living room, if needed.
